Interovo Egg Group BV has developed a number of packs and products especially for use in restaurants, hotels, contract catering and institutional kitchens. These are aimed at absolute ease of use and safety. The products are conveniently packed in small quantities and can be resealed so they take up little space and can always be kept within reach. The product is pasteurised so it is safe for use in hot and cold preparations.

 

 

 

 

 


LIQUID WHOLE EGG

Liquid whole egg is used a lot in bakery products but is also extremely suitable for making fried eggs and/or omelettes. The liquid whole egg is pasteurised so it is guaranteed safe for use in the (institutional) kitchen. It is also very easy to use and eggs no longer need to be beaten. Liquid whole egg is available in a 1 kilogram TetraPak, 10 kilogram Bag-in-Box or 2x10 kilogram bag-in-crate.

 

This product is available with and without preservatives and from all laying systems.

LIQUID EGG YOLK

Egg yolk is used in particular as an emulsifier for making the most delicious and creamiest sauces. Egg yolk is also extremely suitable as a glaze and as an ingredient in egg nog. Liquid egg yolk is available in 1 kilogram TetraPak, 10 kilogram Bag-in-Box or 2x10 kilogram bag-in-crate.

 

Liquid egg yolk is available with and without preservatives and from all laying systems.

LIQUID EGG WHITE

Liquid egg white is very suitable for making whipped egg white or making pastry or desserts lighter. Whippable egg white is one of the products on which a lot of attention has been focussed within Interovo Egg Group BV in recent years. The speed of whipping and state of the whipped egg white are among the best in Europe. For extreme whippability egg albumen crystals are available (link to powder specialities).

LIQUID SPECIALITIES

Scrambled eggs
Interovo Egg Group BV has developed a mix for making very tasty scrambled eggs especially for use in the retail trade, restaurants, hotels and (contract) catering. All the ingredients for making scrambled eggs are mixed before pasteurisation and the mix is supplied ready for use.


Pancake mix
Liquid pancake mix is also intended for the retail trade, restaurants, catering and wholesale trade. This product was developed to increase convenience in the (institutional) kitchen and to produce a consistent product due to premixed ingredients.
